I will ask you some questions about your well being, perform a brief energy reading, and then do a hands-off energetic healing. Some folks have a tight reign on their energy, I ask that you allow me/the Reiki into your energy just for the duration of the session. We can do this in person, on a phone call, or over video chat (you do not have to be on video).
I can work with your spirit guides, ancestors, the Universe, or your Higher Self to get more information about anything I may be missing or to be guided, altho I don’t usually need to do so. I set the intention to come with respect, honor, and compassion for your highest and best good.
As a clairvoyant, I might also receive visions during the session which I can reveal to you with your consent. Think of it like a spiritual version of physical therapy or a massage, I will be picking up information from your energetic body I can relay back to you about how to better your health.
